Before you reach out

Common questions answered.

How often should I have my piano tuned?

Twice per year is the standard recommendation — once in spring and once in fall, after the major humidity shifts. Pianos used heavily or in schools and churches may benefit from more frequent tunings.

Do I need to move my piano before you arrive?

No — we come directly to your piano wherever it lives. Please just ensure the piano is accessible and the room has adequate lighting. We bring everything needed.

What if you don't answer when I call?

Leave a voicemail and Davis will personally call you back. You can also email or message on Facebook. Every inquiry is responded to — no one falls through the cracks.

How long does a tuning take?

A standard tuning takes about 60–90 minutes. A pitch raise followed by fine-tuning is two separate visits. More complex services like regulation or cleaning take longer and vary by piano.

Do you service digital pianos?

Our primary specialty is acoustic pianos — grands and uprights. Contact us to discuss your specific instrument and we'll let you know how we can help.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you're not fully satisfied with our service, you'll receive a 100% refund. We stand behind every job. See our full policy →
